We strive to ship all orders exactly as you would expect to receive them. In the unfortunate event that we ship you the wrong color/style we will be happy to rectify for you immediately. Hey, mistakes happen, we aren’t perfect! Please contact us via email to fix the problem before leaving feedback. We will send you a return label to send the goods back to us as quickly as possible.
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in original condition within 7 days of item’s receipt. You must contact us before attempting to ship the product back to obtain an RMA number. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of issuing the RMA number to you. The returned item must be in the exact same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. All returns must come in their original box with all packing tissue. Footwear returned to us in a taped shoebox will not be accepted. You must ship the item back in a cardboard box, or wrapped in some other material. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly refund the full purchase price to you minus the shipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse. There are no returns accepted for international orders.
Due to the nature of our rapidly changing inventory, we cannot offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style after your purchase has been made. Please do not purchase a size 8 and then ask us if we can switch to the 9. If you want a different pair, we will gladly accept your return and you are welcome to purchase another item from our inventory.
